BARTO, Senior Judge:

A military judge sitting as a special court-martial convicted appellant, pursuant to his pleas, of conspiracy to commit larceny, unauthorized absence (two specifications), insubordinate conduct toward a noncommissioned officer, and larceny (two specifications) in violation of Articles 81, 86, 91, and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 886, 891, and 921 [hereinafter UCMJ].
