MEMORANDUM OPINION

WILLIAM D. QUARLES, JR., District Judge.

Kenneth Ackerman and others 1 (the “Plaintiffs” or the “Ackerman Plaintiffs”) sued ExxonMobil Corporation (“Exxon”) and John R. Hicks (collectively the “Defen dants”) in the Circuit Court for Harford County, for gasoline contamination of their properties. The Defendants removed the case to this Court. For the following reasons, the Plaintiffs’ motion to remand or, in the alternative, abstain will be granted in part and denied in part.
