Introductory Statement:
The Government, in case No. 4134 O’C. Civil, United States v. 39.5 acres of land, filed a condemnation proceeding in this court on December 29, 1944, to condemn, inter alia, the land owned by Mrs. Grace B. Severy, designated therein as Tract No. 132, consisting of 2.377 acres, more or less, by a metes and bounds description set out in the Declaration of Taking filed April 4, 1945.
