SENTENCING MEMORANDUM

I. Introduction
On June 22, 2009, Defendant Thomas Cunningham pled guilty to one count of receipt and distribution of visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, one count of receipt and distribution of child pornography, and one count of possession of child pornography. Cunningham filed a sentencing memorandum on November 6, 2009, and the Government filed its memorandum on November 25, 2009.
