This is an appeal by the Administrator of Veterans’ Affairs from an order made by the Circuit Court of Yamhill County dated 12 August 1949, approving the 16th annual account which was filed by the United States National Bank of Portland, as guardian of the estate of Glenn D. Trader, incompetent.
