This action was brought in a justice’s court to recover the value of a sewing machine alleged to be the property of the respondent, and alleged to be wrongfully detained by the appellants and converted to their own use. Judgment was there rendered in favor of the respondent, from which an appeal was taken to the circuit court, and upon trial that court rendered a judgment also in favor of the respondent.
