Robert Royal sustained serious injuries while hauling corn in a truck owned by Kim Eugene Williams. Royal sought to settle under both Williams’s Georgia Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company (“Georgia Farm Bureau”) Farm Package Policy and Auto Policy. After settling Royal’s claim under the Farm Package Policy, Georgia Farm Bureau filed for a declaratory judgment to resolve Royal’s claim under the Auto Policy.
