This appeal results from a judgment of the trial court that reversed a decision of commissioners appointed by a Probate Court to review a claim *335against the estate of Helen Meyer. The plaintiffs claim, denied first by the executor of the estate, and then by the commissioners, sought specific performance of an oral contract allegedly made by Helen Meyer for the conveyance of real estate, or, in the alternative, for damages.
