The present motion for issuance of an order to show cause why defendant should not be adjudged in contempt is a response to a recent action filed in the District of Connecticut which grows out of and is intimately related to an earlier case in this court that was settled by agreement of the parties in December, 1985. The earlier case concerned and the pending Connecticut case continues to concern a patented roofing system. The holder of this patent, #4,162,597, is Thomas L.
