Plaintiff-appellant brought this product liability suit for personal injuries he suffered in 1976 while operating a metal shearing machine manufactured by Peck, Stow & Wilcox Co. (PSW-1). Appellees Veeder Industries, Inc. (Veeder) and Western Pacific Industries, Inc. (Western Pacific) are two of the four defendant corporations from which appellant seeks to recover damages.
