MEMORANDUM OPINION ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Plaintiff lisa Taradash seeks, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6), to bar discharge-ability of a $4,000 judgment she obtained against Debtor Roger Pokorny (“Debtor”). Now before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment. For reasons stated below, the motion is granted and final judgment is entered separately in favor of Ms. Taradash.
