This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Katahn Associates, Inc. (“Katahn”) for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56, incorporated by reference in Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7056, on its complaint to determine the dischargeability of a certain debt owed it by the debtor/defendant Robert Wien (“Wien”).
