Greentree Properties, Inc. (Buyer “Greentree Properties”), and H & S Developers, Inc. (Buyer “H & S Developers”) (collectively, “Buyers”) brought suit against Donald Kissee as Trustee of the Kissee Trust, D & N Investments, L.L.C. (Seller “D & N Investments”), and Keith Kissee (collectively, “Sellers”) to enforce a real estate contract.
