Plaintiff Resource Center for Independent Living (“RCIL”) brought suit against defendants, former employees of RCIL, alleging defendants conspired and committed tortious behavior while still in the employ of RCIL through their actions in forming Ability Resources, Inc. (“Ability Resources”), a company that would compete with RCIL in substantially the same field.
