This was an action to recover damages for injuries sustained in an automobile accident. From an adverse judgment *185the defendant appeals, specifying as error the rulings of the trial court setting aside an answer to a special question submitted to the jury and denying defendants’ motion for judgment on the special findings. We may here state that limits of space prevent a full review of all authorities cited in the briefs.
