This was an action to recover damages for wrongful death suffered in an automobile accident and for injuries to decedent’s car which was being driven by her at the time of such accident.

Certain facts, as to which the evidence disclosed no serious controversy, were as follows: On August 18, 1941, Mrs. Dolpha Sams, the deceased, who lived with her husband in Denver, Colo., and was the mother of three adult children, all of whom were married, was driving her LaSalle car, the front part of which was 6 feet and 2 inches wide and the rear 6 feet…
