SULLIVAN, Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial at Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, North Carolina, on June 1, 1995. In accordance with his pleas, he was found guilty of conspiracy to steal military property, conspiracy to conceal stolen military property, theft of military property, receiving and concealing stolen military property, soliciting the concealment of stolen military property, and wrongfully endeavoring to impede a criminal investigation, in violation of Articles 81, 121, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 881, 921, and…
