ROBERT E. Quinn, Chief Judge:

The accused was tried and convicted by a special court-martial convened in Hawaii, of a failure to obey the lawful order of a superior officer, in violation of Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 686. The sentence, as approved by the convening and supervisory authorities, is a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for a period of four months, and reduction to the grade of private. A board of review in the office of The Judge Advocate General, United States Navy, affirmed the findings and sentence without opinion.…
