Ferguson, Judge:

Accused was convicted, upon his plea of guilty, by a special court-martial convened at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, of absence without leave, failure to go to his appointed place of duty, and breach of restriction, in violation of Articles 86 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 886 and 934, respectively. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for five months, forfeiture of $60.00 per month for a like period, and reduction to the pay grade of E-l.
