Catherine Gring, from whom the present plaintiffs inherited the real estate involved in this controversy, owned certain property in Berks County, containing a spring, from which the water flows in a defined stream for about 500 feet to a public road, thence by a flume, or headrace, under and across the road to another piece of the Gring land, thence across the latter to property of defendant company, where it is stored in a reservoir.
