This is a creditor’s suit in which the plaintiff sought to enforce a guaranty which was given by the grantee of a power of attorney, executed by the defendant. The trial court rendered judgment for the plaintiff in an amount of principal and interest which was less than the plaintiff sought under the guaranty. The plaintiff appealed,1 claiming that the trial court erred in failing to render a judgment for the full amount of the guaranty.
