This case concerns the enforceability of an agreement for the sale of real property when that agreement has been executed by a person owning only an undivided half interest in the property. The plaintiff brought an action for specific per formance against the defendants to compel conveyance of their land in accordance with the terms of a lease and option-to-pnrchase agreement signed by one of the defendants.
