Plaintiffs appeal from the refusal of the court below to take off compulsory nonsuits.

The wife plaintiff sustained injuries when she slipped and fell on an accumulation of ice and snow lying upon a grass plot between the paved sidewalk and curbing, near the northeast corner of Race Street and Home-wood Avenue, in the City of Pittsburgh.
