This suit was brought by the parents of a minor against the City of Philadelphia to recover for personal injuries sustained by him. On the evening of July 26, 1936, the minor plaintiff, thirteen years of age, and several companions were playing a game known as “touch foot ball” in the cartway of Hunter Street between 57th and 59th Streets, in the City of Philadelphia.
