In Wormsbecker v. Donovan Const. Co. 247 Minn. 32, 76 N. W. (2d) 643, an action to recover for services rendered in connection with an F. H. A. construction project, the trial court found for plaintiff on the basis of the jury’s answers to certain interrogatories. On the appeal, a new trial was ordered. This litigation was settled on April 12, 1957, without retrial. S. J.
