This case arises under the Workmen’s Compensation Act of 1915, P. L. 736, as amended and supplemented. On the morning of July 27, 1925, Frederick V. Bowser was kicked in the head by a horse which he was harnessing for work on a farm leased and operated by one, E. A. Milliron, at Newton Lake, several miles from Oarbondale, Lackawanna County. Five days later he died as a result of the injuries received.
