Plaintiffs instituted this action against defendant, asking judgment upon a promissory note executed by defendant September 12, 1932, whereby defendant promised to pay, ninety days after date, to the order of First National Bank of Ephrata, Washington, the sum of five hundred dollars, with interest thereon at eight per cent per annum until paid.
