Plaintiffs seek to enjoin defendants from using as a road a certain strip of land 30 feet wide off the north end of their land.

For some years prior to 1899, A. C. Fairchild owned approximately 100 acres of land lying just south of the boundary line between Multnomah and Clackamas counties, and east of what is now a prolongation of 92d street in the city of Portland, Oregon. On May 26, 1899, Fairchild deeded to Eva 0. Crawford nine acres located in the northwest corner of the 100-acre tract.
