Ferguson, Judge:

Arraigned and tried before a special court-martial, convened by the Commanding Officer, 2d Bridge Company, Force Troops, Fleet Marine Force, Atlantic, at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, the accused was found guilty of several charges in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. He was sentenced to bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for four months, and forfeiture of $73.00 per month for a like period.
