This case is before us on petition for review granted September 20, 1951, pursuant to the provisions of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 67(b) (3) (Act of 5 May 1950, 64 Stat. 108, 50 U.S.C. §§ 551-736). The allowance of review was only partial, however, and the order expressly limited arguments to the question of jurisdiction of the United States Court of Military Appeals.
