GORTON, District Judge.
This is a putative federal securities class action brought pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Exchange Act”) on behalf of individuals who purchased or oth erwise acquired the common stock of Novelos Therapeutics, Inc. (“Novelos”) between December 14, 2009, and February 24, 2010 (“the Class Period”). Before the Court is defendants’ motion to dismiss the Amended Complaint.
