This is a putative class action involving alleged violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5. The City of Bristol Pension Fund (“Bristol”) has brought suit on behalf of a class of similarly situated persons against Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and various Vertex executives.
