COLLYER, District Judge.

Savitri Singh sues the Committee on Ways and Means of the United States House of Representatives (“Committee”) for race, color, and national origin discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e (“Title VII”), and the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995, 2 U.S.C. § 1301 (“CAA”).
