ORDER

This matter is before the court on a petition for rehearing with suggestion for rehearing en bane filed by defendant-appellee Basel Pharmaceuticals. For the reasons stated below, the hearing panel has concluded its original disposition was correct, and the remaining judges of the court in active service have rejected the en banc suggestion.
