THE COURT.Plaintiff

Plaintiffs Amiel R. Schaub obtained a judgment annulling a marriage contract between himself -and Ellen Schaub and annulling a deed whereby he conveyed real property to himself and Ellen Schaub as joint tenants. After this appeal was taken, Amiel R. Schaub died and the Security-First National Bank, the administrator of his estate, was substituted as plaintiff. He will be referred to herein as the plaintiff.
