This is an appeal from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict for defendant in a paternity suit. (Civ. Code, §§ 196a, 231.)
The initial question presented is whether the trial court abused its discretion in declining to admit medical testimony based on a system of blood grouping. that was still in the experimental stage at the time it was offered; we answer this question in the negative.
