Opinion for the Court filed by Circuit Judge GARLAND.

GARLAND, Circuit Judge:

Mohave Electric Cooperative, Inc. petitions for review of a decision and order of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), which concluded that the company unlawfully discharged employee Rich ard Michaels for protected concerted activity in violation of section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1). The NLRB cross-petitions for enforcement of its order. We deny the petition for review and grant the cross-petition for enforcement.
