This is an appeal from a judgment for the appellee, Louie E. Brown, against the appellant, Phelps Dodge Corporation, for $1,950.00.

The relevant facts reveal that appellant terminated appellee’s employment on April 26, 1968. Prior to his termination, appellee had worked for appellant under, an oral contract for approximately twenty-three years.
