MEMORANDUM OPINION
CONWAY, District Judge.
THIS MATTER came on for consideration of the Defendant Bogle Farms, Inc.’s Motion for Summary Judgment, filed December 16, 1992 and Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment, filed January 25, 1993. The Court has reviewed the motions and memoranda submitted by the parties, and finds that Defendant’s Motion is well-taken and will be GRANTED. The Court further finds that Plaintiffs Motion is not well-taken and will be denied.
