Plaintiff North American Soccer League, LLC ("NASL" or "Plaintiff") filed the above-captioned action on September 19, 2017, alleging violations of Section 1 and Section 2 of the Sherman Antitrust Act. (Compl., Docket Entry No. 1.) On September 20, 2017, Plaintiff moved for a preliminary injunction, seeking a Division II designation for the duration of this litigation.1 (Pl. Mot. for Prelim. Inj.
