This is an injunction action brought by the plaintiff railway company against the public service commission and the Blue Bird Transportation Company to enjoin them from en*778forcing or putting into operation a certain order of the commission granting the transportation company a certificate of convenience and necessity to operate a motor bus line as a common carrier between Wichita and Kansas City and intermediate points, and to vacate, set aside and hold for naught such order issued under chapter 206 of the Laws of 1925.
