LARSON, Justice.
Certiorari to Public Service Commission. The Interstate Motor Lines, Inc., an interstate motor carrier of commodities generally, hereinafter called the Motor Lines, operated across Utah in interstate commerce. As far as material here, its line of operation ran from' Ogden, Utah, south to Salt Lake City, thence west over U. S. Highways number 40 and 50 to the Utah-Nevada line, thence westward through Nevada to the coast.
