This is an appeal from a ruling of the district court setting aside an order of the Kansas Commission on Civil Rights (KCCR) which found respondent University of Kansas Medical *310Center (UKMC) and other respondents guilty of unlawful employment discrimination on the basis of sex in violation of K.S.A. 44-1009(a)(l). The various respondents will be referred to collectively as UKMC.

In view of our decision herein it is not necessary to set forth the facts in any great detail. Suffice it to say complainant, Ethel Nurge, who held bachelors, masters…
