This appeal involves the use that may be made under a zoning ordinance of certain real property located at the northeast corner of Summit street anci Wright avenue, in the city of Little Rock. The land in question consists of two adjoining business addresses known respectively as 1920 and 1922 Wright avenue. Although both are in the same building, each has a separate history.
