The appellants, owners and occupants of a dwelling on land to the north of the enclosure of the Pimlico race track in Baltimore City, seek an injunction to restrain the erection of stables of frame construction between the dwelling and the enclosure, on the ground that the area is zoned as a residential section, and this is a non-conforming use not permitted by the Zoning Ordinance. Ordinance No. 1247, approved March 30th, 1931.
