This matter is before the court on the motion of the defendants, Grimes Aerospace Company (“Grimes”) and Kilgore Group, Inc., d/b/a Columbia Staffing (“Columbia Staffing”), for summary judgment. The plaintiff, Margaret L. Williams (“Williams”), a former employee of each defendant, alleges that the defendants terminated her and failed to promote her in violation of state and federal law.
