Cecilia Okoye (“Okoye”) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment dismissing her Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., claim against the University of Texas Houston Health Science Center; et al (“UTHHSC”). We affirm.

UTHHSC and the Harris County Sheriffs Department entered into a contract in which Harris County paid UTHHSC to provide a medical director, physicians, and specialty nursing services for the detention facilities located in Harris County.
