The plaintiffs, Claudia Walter and Dana Walter, surviving dependents of Norbert Walter, appeal from the decision of the workers’ compensation review board (board) affirming the decision of the workers’ compensation commissioner (commissioner) *3to dismiss their claim for death benefits.
