RULING ON PENDING MATTERS
DORSEY, Senior District Judge.
This action stems from Defendant’s termination of Plaintiffs employment on or about July 25, 1995. Plaintiff filed a seven-count complaint against Defendant in state court. Defendant removed the action and moved to dismiss and for a more definite statement. Plaintiff then filed an amended complaint. Defendant concedes that Plaintiff’s amended complaint remedied some of the defects identified in Defendant’s motions.
