RULING ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS

SQUATRITO, District Judge.

Plaintiff John Pleau (“Mr.Pleau”) brought this action against his employer, Centrix Inc. (“Centrix”), alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, codified at 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq., and the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act (“CFEPA”), Conn.
